Can you have a mouse and a graphics tablet on one PC?
Simple answer, yes.  Almost all new graphics tablets fit into USB ports so if you have a free USB port you're OK.  The tablet and mouse won't conflict, unless you leave the pen on the tablet when trying to use the mouse.
