Michael Hyatt gives us a lesson in email etiquette .  Some tips that I agree with 100% (and wish others I deal with would follow) include:

Keep messages brief and to the point.
Don’t discuss multiple subjects in a single message.
Don’t forward chain letters.
Don’t write in ALL CAPS.
