What the hell’s happened to Chris Pirillo’s blog?

What the hell's happened to [1] Chris Pirillo's blog ?  It used to be a tech blog but when I look at a listing of the last 20 posts I find an assortment of oddities like "Medical Malpractice," "Finding a Tax Attorney," "Bad Credit - Home Mortgage," "Attorney Search," "Student Loan Debt: Why?" and other assorted oddities? 

Has the blog been hacked?  Have aliens taken over or is Chris just trying to get some variety into his Google Ads?  Whatever the reason, I'm unsubscribing.
