What’s important to people when they “buy tech”?

Well, according to a poll by the WSJ, it's the following:

  • 61% - Ease of use
  • 58% - Customer service
  • 57% - No-hassle installation

Wow!  Really?  Well I'll be ... I'm sure if they commissioned a poll about polls they'd find out that 78% of all poll results are nonsense or states the obvious.
